For a girl who always seemed to enjoy a glamorous life, she’s struggling to seem down-to-earth and not afraid to bash anyone more shallow than she is. When talking about her Bitten line, SJP said that “L.A.M.B. by Gwen Stefani is much more avant-garde, definitely high fashion. But I don’t want to do that for women, because that’s not really their lives. […] It’s a way of giving women without financial means access to good, simple, well-made clothes to feel proud of.” The mindset’s refreshing, but are the comparisons really necessary?
